YT Jeffsy Core 2 Review
Ludwig Döhl
With the Jeffsy Core 2, YT wants to pull the riding fun into affordable price regions. Compared to the carbon version, you have to do without the storage compartment in the down tube on the aluminum bike for 2999 Euro. And of course the equipment is somewhat cheaper. But the geometry of the Jeffsy Core 2 remains unchanged compared to its more expensive brothers. With a 65 degree head tube angle and a reach that tends to be long you can certainly speak of a modern geometry. The seating position does not manage to be too athletic, nor too upright. It´s moderate character is likely to suite the vast majority of bikers. When viewing the 15,5 kg, its apparent: there are lighter All Mountains in this price range. All in all, in the on demanding single tracks category, you will hardly find a better overall package from parts and geometry. The guarantee of 5 years proves that YT puts a lot of trust in its products.
